Le troisième album phare de QUIET RIOT, Metal Health, est sorti il y a 38 ans aujourd'hui (11 mars 1983). Mené par la reprise SLADE de "Cum On Feel The Noize", l'album est remarquable pour être le tout premier album de heavy metal à atteindre la première place du Billboard 200, éliminant Synchronicity de THE POLICE de la première place aux États-Unis. Metal Health est six fois platine aux États-Unis (six millions d'exemplaires) et trois fois platine (300 000 exemplaires) au Canada.
