Le groupe de heavy metal Iron Maiden a lancé sur son site internet un avis de recherche pour retrouver une guitare volée samedi dernier à son guitariste Adrian Smith à l'issue d'un concert à Athènes. «Tous les fans de Maiden sont appelés à se mettre à l'affût de cette guitare, dont le voleur se débarrassera très difficilement, l'objet étant un exemplaire unique au monde», écrit le groupe.
«Une récompense est promise : une veste de la tournée de Maiden et probablement une lettre de remerciements manuscrite de la part d'Adrian à toute personne qui pourra apporter des informations menant à cette guitare blanche Jackson signature Adrian Smith au manche en ébène», poursuit-il. Iron Maiden a été fondé en 1975 en Grande-Bretagne. |

According to Rockerparis, IRON MAIDEN lead singer Bruce Dickinson was in Paris, France yesterday (Wednesday, November 26) to promote the DVD release of his supernatural horror-thriller "Chemical Wedding". The screening and press conference were held in a private cinema in front of Europe 1 radio near the Champs Elysées. Check out a photo at this location.
A UK TV commercial for the DVD release of "Chemical Wedding" can be viewed below.
Bruce Dickinson and the crew of "Chemical Wedding" are featured in a behind-the-scenes video talking about the horror film, which hit the UK on DVD on September 8. Watch the clip below.
According to Variety, Cinema Management Group has closed key deals in major territories on "Chemical Wedding".
Starz/Anchor Bay Entertainment is set to handle distribution in the U.S. and Canada, while Universal Pictures Video will cover France, Belgium and the Netherlands for an early 2009 release.
Dickinson was in Cannes in May to show off "Chemical Wedding". The singer, a registered commercial airline pilot, flew himself to the south of France, along with a bunch of journalists and fans.

Dickinson is not the first rocker to be inspired by Crowley, who died in 1947. LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page was a big collector of Crowley's writings and even bought his Scottish estate. OZZY OSBOURNE, meanwhile, eulogized him in the song "Mr. Crowley". |
