Ca me fait penser que j'étais tombé (bien par hasard) sur l'album d'un groupe Allemand qui était bien inspiré par Lynyrd Skynyrd puisque ce groupe s'appelait STREET SURVIVORS et leur album avait pour titre "Southern Rock Will Never Die". Tout un programme, de plus le contenu est plutôt sympa.

oui est en plus la maison de disque a dû faire des pressages du cover sans les flammes juste après l'accident d'avion! | |

Une ancienne chanson inédite de Lynyrd Skynyrd devrait figurer sur leur prochain album, attendu pour 2009.
Le guitariste Gary Rossington a déclaré au Billboard.com qu’il avait ressorti ‘Cottonmouth Country’ des archives du groupe. ‘Ronnie Van Zant chante sur ce titre et Leon (Wilkerson) est à la basse, Bob Burns à la batterie. C’est une chanson plutôt cool. Nous ne l’avions jamais sortie, nous l’avions laissée là sans jamais vraiment la finir. Elle est bien faite, nous devrions la mettre en bonus.’
Concernant le prochain album il raconte qu’ils ont passé du temps à Nashville pour écrire. Le groupe a déjà 20 chansons, et espère entrer en studio en avril ou mai. | |

ça se précise, et pour sortir ce nouvel album, ils viennent de signer avec Loud & Proud / Roadrunner, attention ne pas confondre avec Loud & Deep !

The band is already at work in Nashville recording a new album to be released later this year. This will be the first set of new studio material since 2003's "Vicious Cycle".
