The "uncensored" version of MÖTLEY CRÜE's video for the song "Mutherfucker of the Year" can be viewed below. The track comes off the group's new album, "Saints of Los Angeles", which has sold 207,000 copies in the United States since its June 24 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD is MÖTLEY CRÜE's first studio album since 2000's "New Tattoo", which has sold a little over 200,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The band's last studio effort with all of its original members was 1997's "Generation Swine", which debuted and peaked at No. 4 on The Billboard 200, and has sold more than 300,000 units.
According to Billboard, the 99,000 bow of "Saints" represented the biggest sales week for MÖTLEY CRÜE since Christmas week of 1991, when its hits package "Decade of Decadence" sold 121,000. |

un futur DVD, c'est le concert filmé à Toronto qui sera le sujet principal de ce futur DVD :
MÖTLEY CRÜE's day-long, multi-act concert dubbed Crüe Fest 2008 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada's Molson Amphitheatre Thursday night (August 28) was filmed for a forthcoming DVD.
No alcohol was being sold at the show after the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario suspended the liquor license of the Molson Amphitheatre during the concert.
"I heard you all got no fucking booze," drummer Tommy Lee said halfway through the set, according to the Sun Media. "That's fucking bullshit!"
Lee reportedly had a bottle of Absinthe with him and proceeded to take a swig and then get fans to do the same until the bottle was empty.
Although no detailed information was given, the liquor license suspension comes from various infractions which took place during the 2007 concert season at the venue which holds roughly 15,000.
In addition to the CRÜE, other acts on the Crüe Fest bill included BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, TRAPT and SIXX: A.M. |

A two-disc DVD set containing footage from last year's inaugural edition of MÖTLEY CRÜE's own festival-style package tour Crüe Fest is scheduled for release on March 24. The set will contain the full CRÜE concert from on August 28, 2008 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada's Molson Amphitheatre along with select tracks from the other bands that took part in the festival — BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, TRAPT and SIXX: A.M..
Cineplex Entertainment will present the big-screen premiere of "Crüe Fest 2008" DVD in high definition on one night only, March 26. Across North America, over the 40 nights of Crüe Fest, MÖTLEY CRÜE cranked out three decades of their loudest rock hits backed by a huge fiery post-apocalyptic setting full of pyrotechnics and fireworks — a spectacle fit for the CRÜE. The larger-than-life, Los Angeles theme pays homage to the band's first new studio album in over a decade, the Grammy-nominated "Saints of Los Angeles". This rock extravaganza was the most successful rock festival of the summer and was nominated for a Billboard Touring Award. Filmed in Toronto at the Molson Amphitheater on August 28, 2008 by director P.R. Brown, this event captures the decadence, energy, noise and sweat that was Crüe Fest with a 15-camera high-definition shoot, mixed in 5.1 sound.

While last year's lineup featured PAPA ROACH, BUCKCHERRY, and TRAPT in addition to the CRÜE, drummer Tommy Lee told The Pulse of Radio that he'd like to shake things up this time around: "ROB ZOMBIE's name came up, GODSMACK, ALICE COOPER ... I know there's been a few names flying around, but no disrespect with the last lineup, I thought it was, you know, really great, but I'd like to see it just change slightly. I don't know about you, but it's a little hard for me personally to sit there and listen to, you know, six hours of kind of the same music. Just a little bit more variety could be kind of fun to inject into that."
MÖTLEY CRÜE kicked off a new North American arena tour on February 2 in San Diego, with HINDER, THEORY OF A DEADMAN, and newcomers THE LAST VEGAS also on the bill. The trek will last through March 18, when it winds down in Portland, Maine. |

MÖTLEY CRÜE's new video for the song "White Trash Circus", featuring members of all five Crüe Fest 2 bands — MÖTLEY CRÜE, GODSMACK, THEORY OF A DEADMAN, DROWNING POOL and CHARM CITY DEVILS — can be viewed below.
MÖTLEY CRÜE announced the lineup of Crüe Fest 2, the sophomore outing of the band's summer festival tour, at a press conference on Monday afternoon (March 16) in New York City at the studios of the Fuse music channel.
During the announcement, MÖTLEY CRÜE was joined on stage by Sully Erna of GODSMACK, Tyler Connolly of THEORY OF A DEADMAN, Ryan McCombs ofDROWNING POOL and John Allen of CHARM CITY DEVILS. The single of this track featuring MÖTLEY CRÜE with these vocalists is available to radio right now.
During MÖTLEY's show at Madison Square Garden, the singers from all the Crüe Fest 2 bands came out for a special performance of "White Trash Circus". Check out pictures below.
As previously reported, the CRÜE will also perform its classic 1989 album, "Dr. Feelgood", in its entirety on the tour to celebrate the record's 20th anniversary.
Crüe Fest 2, produced by Live Nation and kicking off on July 19 in Camden, NJ tours across North America and concludes on September 5 in Darien Lake, NY. Select dates go on sale to the public on March 20, the remainder go on sale March 21.
