Je note une chose concernant l'artwork: à l'instar de Tobias Sammet, nombre d'artistes et groupes reviennent à des pochettes "peintures" C'est agréable, je trouve

moi je possède qu'un album de ayreon,c'est"into the electric castle"

musique très complexe,mais au combien accrocheuse,une fois le disque adopté

des disques d'une grande qualitée avec cet artiste
malheureusement,je me prends pas assez le temps pour décortiquer correctement ses oeuvres
je passe trop vite à autre chose,dut effectivement à un trop grand choix discographique

Ayé! Je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui, mon premier AYREON Bon, hormis l'ineptie sans nom de scinder en pléthore de pistes son oeuvre, l'opus est une belle claque! Au même niveau d'inspiration que "The Mystery Of Time" d'AVANTASIA et loin devant la bouse de Tolkki

"The Source" est un nouveau chapitre passionnant dans la saga AYREON, avec des contributions de chanteurs renommés comme James LaBrie (DREAM THEATER), Simone Simons (EPICA), Floor Jansen (NIGHTWISH), Hansi Kürsch (BLIND GUARDIAN), Tobias Sammet (EDGUY , AVANTASIA), et Russell Allen (SYMPHONY X). "The Source" sortira le 28 avril via  le nouveau label AYREON Mascot Label Group / Music Theories Recordings.

Tout comme sur ses albums précédents, Arjen Lucassen joue une grande variété d'instruments, tandis que  Ed Warby (ELEGY, GOREFEST, HAIL OF BULLETS) joue une nouvelle fois à la batterie.

2017 sera une année particulièrement intéressante pour les fans d'AYREON grâce à la chance unique de voir AYREON en live. Limité à trois concerts exclusifs, "The Ayreon Universe" aura lieu en septembre dans le prestigieux salon 013 à Tilburg, en Hollande. Cet événement présentera le meilleur de vingt ans de musique AYREON, apporté à la vie par un grand groupe de musiciens tels que Floor Jansen (NIGHTWISH), Russell Allen (SYMPHONY X), Damian Wilson (THRESHOLD), Hansi Kürsch (BLIND GUARDIAN) , Tommy Karevik (KAMELOT), Jonas Renkse (KATATONIA), Anneke van Giersbergen et divers autres. Arjen Lucassen lui-même devrait également faire une apparition rare sur scène. Les billets pour tous les concerts - 9000 au total – ont été vendus en un jour.
