et oui, encore un retour des années 80, leur nouvel album "Hell Yeah!" ne devrait pas tarder, la news du jour, c'est que pour l'europe, ce ne sera pas chez Z records :
Despite previous reports to the contrary, BLACK 'N BLUE's long-awaited reunion album, "Hell Yeah!", will not be released in Europe through Z Records. The label and band reached an amicable agreement concerning the remuneration for Z's interests and a deal was signed last month allowing the group to explore other options.
"There are no hard feelings on the split," says vocalist Jaime St. James. "A lot of things have changed with this record since our signing with Z back in 2003. Z originally signed me, and now the record has four original members."
Z Records head honcho Mark Alger stated, "When Jaime approached us regarding the involvement of the other original members contractually, we listened and his suggestions where agreeable. Z has been repaid in full and we wish the band every success."
BLACK 'N BLUE — including current KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer — made a reunion appearance in their hometown of Portland, Oregon on December 8, 2007 at Berbati's Pan. The concert benefited the band's long-time friend Kenny Nordone in his struggle with cancer.
Following Jaime St. James' departure from WARRANT, he reformed BLACK 'N BLUE — with Shawn Sonnenschein replacing Thayer — and the band performed at last year's Rocklahoma festival.
