Cela permettrait en outre de mettre en ligne des chroniques divergentes sur un même album (ce qui pourrait être intérressant) car, après tout, le monopole du bon goût, de la logique, du discernement et surtout du droit de parole en la matière ne devrait pas être le privilège du premier posteur.

là tu met le doigt sur un gros plus offert par le net et certains sites, c'est une autre des raisons qui m'avait fidélisé à Crossrocks, et une possibilité reconduite ici, c'est la possibilité de mettre des commentaires sur une chronique, pour casser, comme tu dis, le monopole du bon goût, de la logique, du discernement et surtout du droit de parole.

Dans cette nouvelle formule du site, le commentaire apparait comme un article à part entière, répertorié dans la rubriques commentaires et dans les nouveaux articles, pour les plus expansifs, rien n'empêche de développer les commentaires comme une chro, d'ailleurs.

Dans ce système, il n'y a pas  de privilège du 1er posteur, si un chroniqueur ou un commentateur raconte des co***ries, et que derrière il y a 20 commentaires qui vont à l'opposé, il ressort clairement qu'il est à côté de la plaque ! Il y a plein d'exemples sur CR, il y en aura surement ici, à vos plumes ou vos claviers !

Frontiers Records announces the return of the Italian Prog Metal hopes Mind Key with the release of the band's second studio album entitled Pulse for a Graveheart on July 3rd in Europe, August 11th in the USA with a Japanese release to follow on King Records.
Mind Key debuted in 2004 with Journey Of A Rough Diamond, an album that showed the excellent potential of the Neapolitan combo. With a colourful sound, akin to Prog Metal giants such as Dream Theater, Symphony X, Evergrey and Pain of Salvation Mind Key's music also leaned towards a more mature and song oriented approach inspired by 80/90's Hard Rock. Right before the release of the album the original singer Mark Basile left the group and in preparation of the tour dates, the guys met for the first time Aurelio Fierro Jr. a singer with a vast experience especially in theatres. He was able to give some splendid performances especially in the gigs that the band landed as support of Dream Theater for the Italian “Train Of Thought Tour 2004”. Mike Portnoy said: “These guys sound really excellent!”

Mind Key played then more live dates in support of Vision Divine and Pendragon and also appeared at the Progpower Europe Festival with shows in Poland, Switzerland, Holland, Germany and France. During the Polish dates, a Live DVD was recorded “Habemus Poland”, with Giorgio Adamo as frontman. However he soon left to make space for the return of Aurelio Fierro. Founding member and keyboardist Dario De Cicco explains: “We decided to go for Aurelio at the end of the songwriting sessions. Note after note, chord after chord we realized that the songs begged for Aurelio's voice and it seemed almost a necessary decision to make. I think we did the right choice as only with his astonishing performances we were able to reach what we really wanted from the new material”.

The band began the recording of the second album “Pulse for a Graveheart”, simplifying their songwriting and giving the chance to Fierro to showcase his immense vocal potential which can be described as a powerful mix of Ronnie James Dio, David Coverdale and Jorn Lande. The album was later mixed and mastered by none other than Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69, Angra, Krokus, Place Vendome etc.) to ensure the best sounding quality. According to guitarist Emanuele Colella “We knew from the beginning that Dennis was the right choice! Since the first communication together a perfect synergy was built. He could understand our need and desire to combine a modern melodic metal sound with our progressive roots and an heavier edge. He could totally deliver what we and the music needed, he's just great”.

“Pulse for a Graveheart” also features some amazing guest musicians appearing such as Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater, Alice Cooper), who plays a keyboard solo on “Citizen of Greed”, Reb Beach (Whitesnake, Winger) on “Now Until Forever” and Tom Englund from Evergrey, dueting with Elio Fierro on “Graveheart”. Mind Key's line-up now includes: Aurelio Fierro on vocals, Emanuele Colella on guitars, Dario De Cicco on keyboards and Andrea Stipa on drums.

“Pulse for a Graveheart” introduces to the fans a completely re-designed band, with a mature attitude and astonishing songwriting. “I hope the new record will give Mind Key the chance to get rid of the label of «prog metal band in the style of....» and bring us to a different status. We aim to be a Metal band - still staying true to our diverse influences ranging from progressive to hard and melodic rock – but with a personal and trademark sound" concludes Andrea Stipa. Lita Ford is back! The Queen of Metal returns in full force on "Wicked Wonderland", her first new U.S. studio album in 14 years, being released early this fall on her own JLRG Entertainment label. After a 15-year break from music, living on an island in the Caribbean raising her two sons, Lita also hits the road this summer playing select festivals and motorcycle rallies in America and Europe.

"It's harder and sexier than anything I've ever done," says Lita of the record, which was co-produced by Ford, her husband and former NITRO singer Jim Gillette, and Greg Hampton, the songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer known for his work with ALICE COOPER, his band SCIENCE FAXTION (with Bootsy Collins and Buckethead and Brain from GUNS N' ROSES) and other rock notables. The songs brim with a passionate adult eroticism and über-hard rock sound highlighted by Lita's trademark searing guitar riffs. The album includes a keen and timely slice of social commentary on "Patriotic SOB", sexy rave-ups like "Piece (Hell Yeah)", duets with Gillette on numbers like the aptly titled "Indulge", and "Betrayal", which will be featured in the upcoming video game Brütal Legend, in which Lita also voices one of the characters alongside Jack Black, Lemmy Kilmister of MOTÖRHEAD and Rob Halford of JUDAS PRIEST. The recordings find her rocking, playing and singing with an amped-up fury and power like never before that's also informed by her personal growth as a wife and mother as well as legendary rocker.

The five-pack of tunes contained on this sampler paint a mighty vivid picture of that room – and the inner workings of Lita's life and libido. Propelled by her distinctive guitar work — a potent blend of blues-based licks, good 'n' greasy slide and punishing post-millennial riffage – they touch down in places that diehard fans will recognize. But there are plenty of expeditions into previously uncharted territory as well, from the gnash and bash of "Scream" to the enveloping "Love".

"This is definitely the heaviest stuff I've ever recorded," she says. I've evolved and matured as a person and so has my music. It's lyrically very real."

In addition to Lita's own evolution, these songs showcase the family-affair nature of how they were made. "Wicked Wonderland" was largely recorded at the island home she and husband Jim Gillette share with their two sons — who actually appear on the disc reciting the pledge of allegiance prior to mom kicking into the loud and proud "Patriotic S.O.B." Gillette's presence is also felt throughout the disc, in both his production work and backing vocals — harmonies that provide a perfect yin to Lita's yang..

"We recorded all the vocals and lead guitars at home with Jim engineering and I wouldn't have been near as comfortable recording with anyone else," says Lita. "Jim and I are soulmates and we're just about joined at the hip. It's almost like the stuff they say about twins — we're always finishing each others sentences and doing the same things musically. There were times when I'd listen back to a song and be like 'which one of us is that anyway?'"

Je ne parlerai pas d'élite mais de gens qui ont un style d'écriture, et un français de classe, sur les mag on ne trouvaient que ça, c'est vrai que sur le net, les deux cohabitent, et j'avoue que si j'ai choisit CR ou RM !, c'est parce que j'y retrouvai un style d'écriture à la Rock hard, par rapport à d'autres ou le talent à l'écriture est inexistant. Ceci dit il en faut pour tous les gouts, et il est des lecteurs ou surfers qui se foutent de la qualité d'écriture, donc il y a de la place pour tous ! Et je parle pas de ceux qui lisent jamais de chros, j'en connais au moins un sur CR, il se reconnaitra ! 

exactement comme la musique, le net permet à tout le monde de s'exprimer, il n'y a plus la dictature du support CD pour la zique (et les labels derrière), et des magazines papier pour les chroniqueurs. Ceci étant, ceux qui ont du talent ont de l'audience, tant en zique que chroniques, les autres restent dans l'ombre, au final c'est toujours le public qui a le dernier mot !
Je continue à lire des chros sur des sites, mais je te garantis que les sites où c'est bourré de fautes, ou bien là où certains chroniqueurs mélangent le blues et le rock, j'insiste pas bien longtemps !
