L'album live légendaire d'UFO sorti en 1979, Strangers in the Night, sera réédité en édition de luxe 8CD le 20 novembre. ..

Capturant le groupe à son apogée , le double album original a été compilé à partir d'enregistrements réalisés lors de six concerts en octobre 1978 lors d'une tournée américaine. Ce nouveau coffret 8CD comprend les six concerts originaux complets pour la première fois (cinq inédits) ainsi qu'une version nouvellement remasterisée de l'album original (sur deux CD). Quatre des concerts ont en fait été nouvellement mixés à partir des bandes originales.

Les disques sont contenus dans un coffret  en deux parties et les huit CD sont livrés dans des pochettes. Un livret de 24 pages est inclus et comprend de nouvelles notes  de Michael Hann qui a interviewé Phil Mogg, Andy Parker et Michael Schenker. Une édition en vinyle gatefold 2LP est également disponible, et une édition spéciale en vinyle transparent limitée à 1000 exemplaires. Andy Pearce a fait le remastering.

L'édition Deluxe de Strangers in the Night sortira le 20 novembre 2020.
